CandiLyt may use carefully reviewed service providers to operate, secure, support, and improve the product. Public disclosures are kept high-level to protect the security and design of the service.
CandiLyt may rely on trusted third-party providers for limited operational needs such as service delivery, security, customer communication, support, and product reliability. Providers are allowed to access customer data only where needed to provide the service or meet legal and security obligations.
Google Analytics and Google Ads may support public website measurement after permission for the corresponding category. They are not used to process CVs, interviews, or workspace content through our website tags. See the cookie notice and Google's privacy policy.
Customer candidate data should not be shared with service providers for their own advertising, resale, or shared model training. CandiLyt reviews provider terms covering data use, security, retention, and deletion before enabling providers for customer candidate data.
A detailed provider list may include provider names, processing roles, data categories, locations, policy links, and change notice terms. That detailed list is provided to customers under agreement or during customer security review when required.
Material provider changes will be recorded internally and shared with affected customers where required by contract or law.
